Form Translations

Hi there!
I'm searching for a long time now and I didn't found any system functionnality to do the Form Translations of example P4310 form W4310A.

I see in FDA the Translations (Form properties tab ->Translation combobox). All languages are greyed..

Is there a way to Translate W4310A "Order Header" form title in example Spanish?

Also, Is there a similar functionnality to translate a Version Title?
