Start of Shutdown Guest fails in LdomCreateDomainTask

Ops Center 12c U4SeverPool with two CDOMs
CDOMs Solaris 11 running with LDOM 3.1.0.0.24
LDOMs Solaris 10 U10

The LDOM was created and running, but had an issue with the virtinfo reporting the CDOM as UNKNOWN.
The LDOM was shutdown (thru Ops Center) before this was resolved and now the LDOM won't Start (from Ops Center Action).
The Ops Center Start LDOM job fails in the  " Task   : LdomCreateDomainTask".

Can this be recovered or restarted? Or does it need to be deleted and rebuilt from scratch?
