Admin/Power User Reporting

We have a business need to see any updates that an ARM Admin or Power User makes to a profile.  We're specifically looking for details on whether these users remove comments, re-open a profile or re-assigns a reconcialiation.  We'd like to be able to see these details on mass rather than going into each profile and looking into the history tab.  Is this possible?
We are using ARM version 11.1.2.3 with the 100 patch applied.
