Hello Experts,

Sometimes while trying to add the products to the cart , we are getting the below error. Most of the times it is working fine , occasioanly we are getting the below error.


Error
Unable to process your transaction. The operating unit is either invalid or it cannot be derived. Please verify your Multi-Org profile options.
API_MISSING_ID (COLUMN=ACCT_ROLE)
Unable to create a valid contact for the given party id (party_id = 2318181)

Your help is greatly appreciated.
