Argentina Transaction Type Codes

Hi,

I am trying to understand the functionality of the Transaction Type Codes in Argentina Localization. Can somebody please help me understand it? Where are these codes used?

The system is restricting me from entering multiple Legal Transaction Category/Transaction Letter combinations. Why is this so? Appreciate your help.
