Netca 11g2 failed to create upgrade Oracle schema in MS AD with TNS-004409 and TNS-04431

Hi all,
Any help is appreciated. Here is:

OS = Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1
DB = Oracle 11.2.0.1.0

I need to setup Oracle using LDAP. I've followed steps in this document: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=361192.1

  • At step 3.1, using netca to create Oracle Schema and Context, I got the error:

The Assistant is unable to create or upgrade the Oracle Schema for the following reason:
ConfigException: Could not upgrade the Oracle Schema: oracle.net.config.ConfigException: TNS-004409 Directory Service Error
caused by: oracle.net.config.DirectoryServiceException: TNS - 04431: DirectoryService: no entries found
caused by: oracle.net.ldap.NNFLException.
You may need to upgrade the directory schema from a specific computer which directly supports your directory type.
