Item Locators

 Hi All,
 I have a issue with the item locators where during the cut-over, i uploaded the on hand balances without item locators.item locators were disabled for those subinventories.Now i enabled the item locators for the respective subinventories ,however i need to update the locators for those i have already uploaded during the cut-over. is that possible,if so how?
