Steps to upgrade RAC database

 Hello All,

we have a RAC set up

clusterware version is 11gr2

total of 10 databases

7 of them are on version 11.2.3

while 3 are still running on 11gr1.... they were left on purpose since there was a golive

I wanted information on below 2 things :

1. I wanted the steps which I should use to upgrade those remaining databases to 11.2.0.3 including the pre steps and the post steps that needs to be performed.

2. Things are to be performed from oracle clusterware side i.e configuring database homes etc

system : aix 6
