Unconstrained plan - shows required hours moved into front buckets and then declining

When setting up constrained based planning, we are looking at the unconstrained plan to compare against the demand due date plan and the capacity constraint based plan. This unconstrained plan (looking at the horizontal plan at the resource level) shows all of the required hours pushed up into the front buckets and over capacity. Then they show them slowly declining over the weeks to zero. Instead of looking similar to the demand due date plan. I noticed that the Start Date on all of the orders at the resource level show today's date and not the start date based on
