How to avoid to view the sales order from other ou.

We have India OU as well as AUS OU.

While working on AUS sales order responsibility,

When we search for sales order number with % sign, user able to view the India orders too..

We want that AUS user can only view or  modify their orders and not the other OU Orders..

How to do that.. How to restict the user that he only able to view the sales order of respective OU only.

i.e for Australia sales responsibility, user need to access only the AUS sales order and not the India or US.. sales order.from sales order form..
