dba_hist_sysmetric_summary begin_time issue

For some reason dba_hist_sysmetric_summary begin_time column shows a future date.  15-FEB-15 to be exact, although today's sysdate is 25-NOV-13.This started yesterday at around 01:00. Until then it was fine.
