Language patches for HR_PF.K and HR_PF.K RUP3 are failing for KO,TR,ZHS and ZHT on XLIFFImporter

 Hi 

We have to apply HR_PF.K (3500000)and HR_PF.K_RUP3 (6699770) patches to our environments.
We have merged both patches and sucessfully applied main patch.

After that while running language patches for KO,TR,ZHS and ZHT, we were getting below error in each
Could not import translations in repository : "/oracle/apps/pay/india/taxdeclaration/lov/webui/DonationTypesLOVRN" not found in repository.

there are many files with same error in each of the language.

The issue seems to be with command
adjava -Xmx512M -nojit oracle.jrad.tools.trans.imp.XLIFFImporter &fullpath:pay:mds/india/taxdeclaration/lov/webui/ZHS:DonationTypesLOVRN.xlf -username &un_apps -password &pw_apps -dbconnection &jdbc_db_addr
