Issues with 8.1.1.10 Patch

 Hi,
I have patched my environment from 8.1.1.1 to 8.1.1.10.

Now I am facing two issues.

When I hit the URL with external web server,I am able to login,when I navigate to server -admin,config screens I am getting following error

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
 
An error has occurred creating business component 'Enterprise Server' used by business object 'Server Admin'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00222)

 when I hit URL with internal web server I am getting HTTP Internal 500 server error saying page cant be displayed,I can see below error from the log
