Promotion Setup Question: Buy X get Z for free

Hi all,
how would you set up the promotion for the following requirement:

You have products P1, P2, P3, P4.
There should be a promotion Promo to get PZ for free when buying any of P1, P2, P3 or P4.

When you have P1 in your quote and apply Promo -> you should get PZ for free.
When you have P1 and P2 in your quote and apply Promo -> you should get 2 of PZ for free
When you have P1, P2 and P3 in your quote and apply Promo -> you should get 3 of PZ for free....

How to achieve this?
