Project assignment with Different Calendars in Project Resource Management

Hi All

We have a different calendar patters in our company. For instance

  1. TS  - Monday to Friday
  2. TS - Sundary to Thursday
  3. TS - Saturday to Wednesday.

If the consultant who isn calendar (TS) is assigned to the project which belong to TS - Sunday to Thursday calendar, system shows

  1. Consultant is available on Friday where as Friday is weekend in Middle East
  2. Consultant is shown as Overcommitted in Sundays where as sunday is weekend in  India and Sunday is week day in Dubai.

It creates the confustions in forecast report. How can we handle these kind of situations in Project Resource Management? Is there any way to overcome this ?
