R12.1.3 : Error Applying patch 17217076 : adrelinknew.sh: line 4143: Command: command not found Unab

Hi,
Applying patch (17217076), I obtain this error:

$APPL_TOPl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adrelinknew.sh: line 4143: Command:
command not found
Unable to create function list for module "fndrwxit.so"

I can't find that file in $FND_TOP/bin. I copied it from PROD and get the same error.

Adrelink.log is showing :
