CRMoD - Lead Reject Code - Picklist values based on Lead Type

Hi,
How do we incorporate different Lead "Reject Code" pick list values based on the Lead Type or the Sales Process, once you click on the Reject button on the Lead Screen.
PS: I am able to achieve the cascading pick list option on the Reject Code drop down field on the Lead Page but not while clicking on the Reject button on top (alongside merge and convert).

Expectation: To have specific Reject codes based on specific Lead types.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
