Imported Transaction from OM to OIC give Failed Classifications

After Booking Order In Order Management & then Collect Transaction & Load Transaction & Then Calculate Transaction From OIC it give Failed Classifications ?  (Release R12 )
I a ready setup all steps needed for OIC & setup the classification rule & Synchronize it also .

when enter the Maintain transaction from Compensation manager , i found that the transaction with statues Failed Classifications .

Can any one Help me
