Patch 13864126 log warning

Can someone please explain what the following means ? (taken from successful (?) application of patch 13864126) and whether any further actions are required :-AutoPatch has created the patch history files under
/BMCT6/sw01/bmct6appl/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/BMCT6
Pease make sure that the baseline introducing patch has been applied,
and the files which are in the above mentioned directory are renamed to
 /BMCT6/sw01/bmct6appl/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/BMCT6/adpsv20131125125918.txt,
before loading these files to your database
