Central Purchasing solution - MRP propose one purchase order with detailed line quantities

I'm facing an issue on trying to modelise a central purchase solution for a mockup that we are building.
The customer has a purchase entity that is gathering all the demand from their platform (each platform are delivering the customer).
The objective is to show that we can use our MRP calculation to show the different detail demand from all platform and the possibility to create one Purchase order with all detailed line.
For example:
- Branch/plant 1 needs 1000 units of item 1
- Branch/plant 2 needs 2000 units of item 1
- Branch/plant 3 needs 3000 units of item 1
Then we want to have all the detailed demand on the Branch/plant 4 (Purchasing central site), the user will just validate the messages and will change the final quantity in order to have the best price.
