Applied 17080568 and now quick additions cursor doesn't move when you click on a field. Need to tab

we applied the september rollup to our test intance (along with other module rollups)  and on the quickadditions form the cursor wont move when you click in a field.  We haven't run accross this on any of the other forms.  We are also updating the Java to 7.45 from 6 .  I had the DBA recompile the forms to see if that would help.
