Updating Applicant Status in iRec

The error below is received in iRec when selecting Update Status > Submit.

I can see similar errors in KB but..the same transaction can be completed in a different responsibility in the same environment without error..and the same transaction can be completed in the same responsibility in another environment without error.

Any ideas?
