Unable to view the Distribution on Material Transactions Form

Hi,

I am setting up Consignment Inventory process in R12.1.3 and used the oracle document for the reference. But after running 'Convert consigned goods to regular goods' process, I am unable to view the distribution form. Any suggestion would be helpful.
