Global Requistions Creation (CA, US, Latin America)

Hi All,

We have 3 business units CA, UA and Latin America.  Employee is in US. But this employee should be able to create requistions for CA, US and Latin America.


I think it is feasible but if yes then what are the steps to acheive this funtionlaity so that under thhree regions (CA, US and Latin AMerica) an employee should eb able to create and approve REQ...We use employee hierarchy.
