Collection Plans Entries in QA_RESULTS_V

 Hi All
How Oracle organizes collection plans entries in QA_RESULTS_V? There are columns from CHARACTER1 ...... CHARACTER100 but in different organization different column are assigned to hold plan entries. It is difficult for technical resource to determine what entries have been assigned to which column. Does any body has idea about it how to get exact columns for that particular plan?
