How do people handle report distribution from Workspace

Hi,

I have a report that needs to be distributed to different groups. The difference between each group is the entity or entities that the group has access. I was planning to create a report for each group but once it gets bigger than 5 maintenance is a pain. So the question is can you build a filter via security that allows you just to access what you have acces to? Or did people solve it differently.

I am workspace and Essbase 11.1.2
