Concurrent Program 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements'

Hi,

We have scheduled the job ''Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' in Production. But we noticed that this job has not created ASL for one item and that item in there in valid BPA.

Can someone please help me to find out why ASL was not generated. Also please provide some information about this job.
