R12 Web ADI Journal Upload Going to GL Interface

Hi

I need some advise please.  When I tried to upload my journal using web adi for some reason the journal I uploaded end up in GL Interface table. And some of the GL codes are missing like segment1 and segment3.  Could you please let me know if you have encountered this before and what you have done to fix it.  Is this some bug on web adi or is my journal template corrupted?
