Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I'm running Windows 7 with the Excel addin version 11.1.2.2.

When I select "Unlock" Excel freezes up i.e. "Not Responding" and I have to kill the application through Task Manager.

Has anyone encountered this before and does anyone know the solution?
