Manpower request based on the budgeted positions

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Gurus,

  My client decide to activate HR position budget control, The budget measurement will be Head Count and Money.

 The customer request to develop one SSHR request for the manager to Manpower request based on the budgeted positions.

  If the position is over budgeted (Money or Headcount) it should raise an error to prevent the manager from submitting the request.

  Any ideas guys??
