How does the DEMAND_SOURCE_HEADER_ID from MTL_RESERVATION got zero(0) value?

Hi All,
Does anyone know how the DEMAND_SOURCE_HEADER_ID from MTL_RESERVATION got zero(0) value?
We have a problem in MTL_Reservation wherein one sales order line has double line in reservation.
They have different Reservation_ID but their Demand_Source_Line_Id and Inventory_Item_Id is the same.
