Did you notice the new "Ask in Community" button in My Oracle Support?
Starting
with new MOS Release in October this year a new feature is available: A
new "Ask in Community" button in Service Request region will provide
easy access to MOS Community as alternative to creating a Service
Request. You can now choose between opening a thread in Communities or
opening a normal Service Request.
