Payroll T2 Transactions not posting to Journal (P05229)

T2 transactions are not posting to the P05229 (Payroll Journal).  The T1 and T3 transactions are posting.  T2 transactions are also not populating the compressed Journal table-F063961.

Any idea on possible causes for this issue and solutions are appreciated.
