Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SSL enabled with Network Address Translation (NAT) - Configuration

Hi,

What is the best solution to implement the SSL enabled in R12 when the customer use NAT? Below is the brief description of the problem.

I have used the note Enabling SSL in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12(376700.1) to enable the SSL,

1- The certificate have been created using the name, for example, erp.abc.com (The name of the NAT configuration) - External/Internet access

2- The hostname of the server is, for example, test.abc.com - Intranet access

3- In the CONTEXT_FILE, the variables s_login_page and s_external_url are configured as: https://erp.abc.com:4443
