customize a label/report and send the output to Zebra printer

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
Hi Group,

Please if possible what are the steps to customize a label/report and send the output to Zebra printer ? We need to customize a new label in Shipping process to attached in boxes and this label will be printed in Zebra.

Someone already had to customize something like that using BI Published or other tools/resources?

My version is Oracle Applications 11.5.10.
