Oracle R12 new Features in Procurement

Hi,

I want to know what all new features are incorporated in Oracle Procurement in Release R12 versus Release 11. I got the document about R12.1 and R12.1.3. I am looking for document specifying changes in release 12 and also latest release R12.2. Can someone share the relevant document/note number with us for the same.
