In preparation of applying patch R12.AD.C.DELTA.2 Patch 15955263, adop prepare phase fails status = 1

Few lines from log files

[STATEMENT] [START 2013/11/26 17:50:07] Performing Check for patch service existance
[STATEMENT] Error: Patch service check failed
[STATEMENT] Hint: Try to create the patch service

[STATEMENT] Error: Tried to fix the issues, but sanity check still fails

[STATEMENT] Hint: Ensure AD product is properly upgraded

[STATEMENT] There is a pending clone session for /u01/oracle/ERP/R122/fs2
