11gR2 : AWR => Av Buf Wt(ms) in File IO Stats section

Hi ,
How can I get  "Av Buf Wt(ms)" information in  "File IO Stats" section of AWR report by using an oracle table /view ?
and without generating un AWR report ?
I have to check if there is an IO issue/contention within my database (11gR2)

if Av Buf Wt(ms)  >> 6 ms then IO problem ?
