LOV on Supplier Site Field on Materials Line

We need to create requisitions using the requisition functionality in EAM. The supplier field has a LOVs attached so selecting the PO supplier is no issue when we create the requisition line, but we also need to have a supplier site supplied. The field is available, but it has no LOV. Would it be possible to add a LOV to the supplier site field relatively easily?
