US PAY: Can Term'ed Employees have different Online Payslip View Date than Rest of Staff?
We are working on implementing the viewing of online payslips in self-service in Oracle 12.1.3 payroll. Our pay periods end on a Monday with the check dated on that Friday. In the Organization Self Service Preference, we have selected Date Paid and in our Payroll definition, we have a Check Offset of 4 (i.e. Friday pay date) and a Payslip offset of 0 (which makes the payslip available on the check date, the Friday).
Is there a way to make the payslip viewing date a day later for specific staff? We would like the regular payslips to be available on the pay date (we might do away with direct deposit hardcopy slips and ask staff to just view online), but would like to be able to delay the payslip viewing for any staff who might get terminated during that pay period. Is there a way to override the payslip view date by specific employee?
