Personalize enrollment popup window on the administrator enrollments page

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
hi,

I have not found a way to activate the personalization links for the new popup windows that show on the enrollment status for the administrator enrollment page. I have activated the following system profiles:

Personalize Self Service Defn

FND: Personalization Region LInk Enable
