11.2.0.3.7 patched db - sequence for manual install of new db components

Hi All,
After initial ODA/db setup we patched ODA et al to 2.7 and db to 11.2.0.3.7.

I have to manually install these db components, it seems the first 2 are interdependent.
It seems the order is as below to avoid dependency errors.***

1) [] INSTALL Oracle Text                                      11.2.0.3.0
2) [] INSTALL Oracle XML Database                     11.2.0.3.0
3) [] INSTALL Oracle Database Java Packages    11.2.0.3.0

Is this order of installs correct?
