How do we convert and store vendor contracts in oracle

Hi,

We are in oracle R12 (12.1.1).

We want to convert Suppliers/vendor from legacy system. In addition to the vendor information, we want to bring in vendor agreements to oracle. Can someone tell me if there is a way to store the agreement/contract in oracle?
