ODBCSQL connectivity issue on Siebel 8.1.1.11 on AIX7.1

I have installed Siebel 8.1.1.11 on AIX 7.1 (64 bit) and configured the enterprise and then testing the odbcsql connectivity but I getting errors. I have copied the odbcsql from <siebel_home>/siebsrvr/bin to <siebel_home>/gtwysrvr/bin directory...I haven't confugured the Siebel Server yet that's why trying to use the .odbc.ini in <siebel_home>/gtwysrvr/sys folder...I have installed Oracle 11g R2 32 bit client on Siebel Server...
