Need help!

Shipping content labels are not getting invoked when we are using the Customer as object in Label Format rule through the API INV_LABEL.GET_FORMAT_WITH_RULE

We are on Oracle R12 version 12.1.3.

Did anyone face this issue and how did you resolved.
