Node eviction happening frequently

The node gets evicted from the cluster with below message in the logs

[cssd(3998196)]CRS-1612:Network communication with node node2 missing for 50% of timeout interval.  Removal of this node from cluster in 14.066 seconds
[cssd(3998196)]CRS-1611:Network communication with node node2 missing for 75% of timeout interval.  Removal of this node from cluster in 7.047 seconds
[cssd(3998196)]CRS-1610:Network communication with node node2 missing for 90% of timeout interval.  Removal of this node from cluster in 2.040 seconds
[cssd(3998196)]CRS-1632:Node node2 is being removed from the cluster in cluster incarnation 280399361



Is there a way to get away from the node eviction?
