Consignment through interface

Hi Experts
How does the transfer to regular and transfer to consigned transactions done with the Oracle interface,
through tables MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE?

I know there is an ER Bug 9201771 : CONSIGNED ITEMS, MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE AND OWNING_ORGANIZATION_ID.

Any other workaround?
