Location is not displaying on the BU option's List of values.

I am defining the location for business unit. for this purpose first i followed the navigation Mainmanu>Setup financials/supplychain?common definition>Location>Location
after Defined the location, this location is not displaying on the BU  location option. Can any tell me why its happening and where i am doing mistakes.
