Migrating & Upgradinig Oracle Database from RHEL4(Oracle 10.2.0.4) t0 AIX6.1 (Oracle 10.2.0.5)

We have planned to migrate & upgrade of Oracle 10g Database one plateform to other platform.

Existing environment  :-   OS :- RHCL4 64Bits , Oracle :- 10.2.0.4 , RAC + ASM  running in production.

Planned to new environment :-  OS :- AIX6.1 64Bits , Oracle :- 10.2.0.5 , RAC + ASM .

can you please suggest what is best approch to perform the migration & upgration activity in minimum downtime.
