R12.1.3 : should i apply patch 14570456:R12.ONT.B if i applied patch 17376133:R12.ONT.B

Hi,
while trying to apply note     "Order Management Cumulative Patches for Releases:11.5.10, 12.0.4, and 12.1 (Doc ID 453944.1)"
i applied patch 17376133 then tried to apply patch 14570456 but i got a message that it's already applied , although patch 14570456 didn't applied before
so , should i apply patch 14570456:R12.ONT.B if i applied patch 17376133:R12.ONT.B
